The underline colors that are used as default can be defined under the “Default colors” tab (since WT 1.1). A distinction is made between the colors for matches for grammar, style and optional rules.

The following options are provided:

• WritingTool colors: (default setting) Grammar rules: blue, style rules: green, optional rules: yellow
• Blue shades: Grammar rules: blue, style rules: light blue, optional rules: very light blue
• LanguageTool colors: Grammar rules: orange, style rules: blue, optional rules: light blue
• Dark background colors: Grammar rules: light blue, style rules: light green, optional rules: light yellow
• Custom colors: The colors for the three categories can be freely selected using the respective “Change” button.
